Eligibility Criteria 

• Qualification: Minimum Graduation from any HEC-recognized Institute.

• Skills: Applicant must have excellent Communication Skills, and ability to work under stress.

• Maximum Age: Up to 25 years (including all age relaxations) as of last date of submission of applications.

• Appearance: Candidates must have good appearance, Elegant, Smart, and Well Groomed.

• Height: The minimum Height for Flight Steward is 5 feet 6 inches and for Air Hostess the minimum Height is 5 feet 2 inches.

• Weight: Weight will be considered according to PIA's standards (BMI)

• Marital Status: Unmarried (for female candidates only)

• languages: Should be fluent in both written and spoken English/Urdu, any other Regional/Foreign language will be considered as an added advantage.

• Health: The applicant must have perfect Eyesight; the user of contact lenses may also apply, and the decision will be taken by the PIA Medical Board as per standard rules. However, the candidates who use spectacles and with skin Problems need not apply.

• Salary Package:  The candidates who select for this job will be offered market-based salary and other benefits along with opportunities to fly to different destinations.

• Terms of Contract: One (01) year extendable contract based on satisfactory performance and company requirement.

Selection procedure PIA jobs 2023

• The candidates who are eligible will undergo a computer-based test (CBT) which will be conducted by an independent Testing Agency. when the is going so the test score will be displayed on the candidate's computer screens at the time of termination of the test.

• The candidates who score 70% or more marks in the CBT so they will be called for a grooming assessment and a subsequent interview. After successful test and interview candidates will be required to undergo thorough a medical final examination.

Guidelines for application submission

• Applications form available on the PIA website: Click Here

• Application processing fee is Rs. 2000/-, so you can deposit Rs. 2000/- in the below mentioned bank account or you can also via bank transfer in favor of PIACL vide Bank Account HBL-CSCPIA-PKR-0048-00179605-03. After submitting fee, the original deposit payment slip must be attached with the Application Form.

• The eligible candidates must send application form along with photocopies of Matric, Other important Qualification Certificates such as experience letters, domicile, National Identity Card (CNIC), six Passport size Photographs with white background, must be sent through reputed Courier Services before last date. The application should be sent on this address before last date MANAGER RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT PIA, NEAR PIA TRAINING CENTRE, KARACHI AIRPORT, POSTAL CODE: 75200. Contact No. 021-99043562/021-99044295.

• Applicant must clearly mention the position applied for on the Application Form and must attach all required documents mentioned in Para (ii & iii). The application form will not be accept  if the required documents  are missing, and uncomplete application form.

• No by-hand application will be accepted. However, The candiates who send their applications  through email along with all requisite documents and information will  also be accepted, subject to receiving the same as a hard copy through surface mail within the due date.

• If the PIA authority   found using external influence or giving wrong information, even if the same is revealed at a later stage,will be considered disqualified.

• The applications form received after the due date will not be considered/entertained.

• Candidates will come to test and interview on their self   No TA/DA  will be given to applicnt.

• In case, if PIA authority find any educational documents/domicile or any other relevant document is  fake/bogus/tempered at any stage of service, the services will be stand terminated and criminal proceedings will also be apply as per the law of the land.

• The candidates who are already Government Servants/employees of autonomous bodies including PIA employees will be required to submit NOC from their current employer while submitting the application.

• PIA owns this authority to cancel the partial or whole recruitment process at any stage.
