Introduction

The PEEF stands for(Punjab Educational Endowment Fund)  which is a proactive scholarship scheme which provides Scholarships to needy and talented students of Punjab and other provinces such as  Balochistan ,AJ&K, FATA, Gilgit Baltistan and Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).The PEEF – AJK scholarship program aims to support needy & talented students of AJ&K to pursue Intermediate, Graduation and master’s level degree courses.Rehamtul-lil-Alameen Scholarship Program (RASP) is the initiative of Higher Education Department Government of the Punjab. The Human Rights and Minorities Affairs (HR&MA) Department,  Punjab Government have  signed a five  year project worth Rs. 125 million with PEEF to award scholarships to minority students of Punjab.PEEF and FCDO (DFO|ID) have collaborated to provide Intermediate level scholarships to girl's students through public & private sector institutions or colleges and scholarships for Graduation level to needy and talented students of Punjab through Centers of Excellence (CsOE).

 Important points for PEEF Scholarship 2023

• Orphaned male and female students whose fathers have passed away (Union Council's ongoing activities, please upload the certificate).

• Children of Government employee who are between Grade 4-1 (One to Four). (Upload the pay slip pension black with the grade commitment and clear)

• Students belonging to minority religions. (Upload Minority Sir certificate)

• Special (handicapped) students. (DHQ/THQ released Disability Head Neck setup Laura)

• Children of civilians martyred in terror attacks. (Union Council issued death certificate stating the cause of death, and upload)

Eligibility criteria for PEEF Scholarship 2023

• Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) or Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (2023 (Annual) conducted by FBISE) for Matric / Intermediate with minimum 60%.

• Province Students who have passed from a Federal Government Private Registered Institution located within the boundaries of Punjab are also eligible to apply.

• The year 2023 enrolled in full-time (regular) government private registered educational institution in intermediate or graduation.

• Students father total monthly income should be Rs.60,000 or less.

• Children of Grade 14 (one to four) government employees Rs.60,000 per month income (if source of income is salary only) are derived from the condition of.

• Children of those civilians who are martyred in terrorist attacks and monthly income is low.

Important notes for PEEF Scholarship 2023

• Students who have passed the examination under PBTE/TEVTA are not eligible to apply for this fellowship.

• Handwritten application sent directly to peef office will not be accepted.

• Students from other provinces including AIK etc. are not eligible to apply.

• Former No. A Pres Pro / Ronem students are not eligible to apply.

• In case of not uploading online the certificate of the relevant category of cover given on O The request will not be entertained.

PEEf  Scholarship for Balochistan Students

Like the previous years, this year too, Punjab Educational Endowment Fund (PEEF) has awarded the talents of Balochistan province. The number of academic scholarships for the year 2023-2024 has been set up to 1460 scholarships for deserving students. For which applications from intelligent and deserving students having local domicile of Balochistan province are required and fulfill the following conditions are eligible to apply. 

•  Intermediate, Technical Education and Graduation Programme: Students who have completed matriculation or intermediate or technical education.

• Examination 2023 with at least 60% marks from Government Educational Institutions under Balochistan Board (BBISE) Passed and enrolled in any full-time registered educational institution.  

•  MS/M.Phil Programme: Such students and (BS) or equivalent in Annual Examination 2023 2022-2021 - at least (2.5) LCGPA (60%) percentage marks and passed the above examination from an educational institution of Balochistan. Apply for admission in MS/M.Phil. in any university of Balochistan in session 2023-24 are able to apply.

Required Instructions:

Submit the following documents along with the PEEF scholarship form Attach certified by the Head of the current educational institution. 

•  Matric, Intermediate, DAE or BS or theirs Copy of equivalent result card.
• passport size photographs.
• Student ID card.
• Copy of Parent's Identity Card.
• Local Domicile Certificate.
• Parent's total monthly Income - Not more than Rs.60000.  (Revenue traffic stamp paper worth Rs. 100 to the notary public and it must be attached with the scholarship form after obtaining confirmation from the student's existing educational institution.
•  Students who Belong to the following category.  Special candidates are not eligible to apply for the scholarship.  (1) Orphan students whose fathers have passed away.  (Attach the computerized death certificate).  
• Grades 1-4 Children of government employees.  The source of total income of the parents is only salary that is the condition of total monthly income / 60000 are exempted and attach a copy of father's pay slip. 
• Students belonging to minority religions Attach the attested certificate from your respective religious leader.

Important Instructions:

Scholarship forms available on BEEF website www.beef.org.pk which can be easily downloaded.  

Note:  Students who have already received any other scholarship. They are not eligible for PEEF scholarship. After selection in PEEF scholarship student is not eligible to apply for cancellation of his/her scholarship for any reason. Incomplete scholarship form will not be considered. Complete scholarship form in all respects with all verified details prescribed. Submit your application at this address Office No. A-116/40 Near Jamia Masjid of BEEF during office hours till 30th November 2023 Jinnah Town Sumangli Road Quetta office will be received.
