This time the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan recruiting energetic and ethically strong dynamic Male and Female who will be included in the qualified pool of individuals for "Education Testing Council (ETC)". ETC will call the candidates as part of Test Administration Staff in the below mentioned capacities at the Test Centers throughout the country on weekend for example on Saturday or Sunday. The candidates who will be selected they will be engaged mostly on weekends or perform their duties on (Saturdays & Sundays) at their District level. Name of Positions

1. Test City-Coordinator (Male/Female)

Educational Qualification/Experience: Master's Degree (18 years) in any discipline from a recognized university in Pakistan with a minimum of 2 years' experience or Minimum bachelor's degree (16 years education) with 5 years' experience in the field of Teaching Examination Coordination Invitation/Test Administration.

Duties: Responsible for Venue Center identification, arrangements staff deputation, and security arrangements.

2. Chief Supervisor (Male or Female)

Educational Qualification/Experience: Master's Degree (18 years) in any discipline from a recognized university in Pakistan with a minimum of 2 years' experience OR Minimum Bachelor's Degree (16 years education) with 5 years' exprenence in the field of Teaching, invigilation / Test Administration.

Duties: Overall responsible for Test Conducting at the specific Center/Venue.

Total Vacancies:(Eight Hundred) 800

3. Supervisor (Male/Female)

Educational Qualification/Experience: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (16 years education) in any discipline with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of Teaching, Invigilation/Test Administration.

Duties: Mainly responsible for linishing between invigilators and the Chief Supervisor in all aspects of exams/tests.

4. Invigilator (Male/Female)

Educational Qualification/Experience: Minimum Intermediate (12 years education) with minimum months relevant experience in the field of Teaching, Invigilation/ Test administration.

Duties: Test conducting, maintenance of exam hall discipane, monitoring duties and all invigilation related responsibilities.

5. Mobile Searching Staff/Gate Security (Male/Female)

Educational Qualification/Experience: Minimum Matriculation (10 years education; with minimum months relevant experience.

Important information for HEC Jobs

The candidates who will be selected and included in the pool will be stationed (Posted) across Pakistan for tests, mostly over weekends (Saturday or Sunday), when and where needed.

Applicants are required to apply online on HEC website https://etc.hec.gov.pk/a/ within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement. Hec accepts only online form there is no requirement to send a hard copy of your CV and documents.

Incomplete/late applications will not be entertained.

After submission of documents only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

The candidates who will shortlisted so interview for these candidates residing outside the Islamabad / Rawalpindi region and vicinity can be arranged via audio/video conferencing at the nearest HEC Regional Offices located in capital of provinces such as Karachi, Lahore, Quetta & Peshawar.

The shortlisted candidates who will for appearing in the interview No TA/ DA will be admissible for them.

Only those application will be accepts for Test who submit in the SAVE or INCOMPLETE mode will not be entertained.

How to pay registration fee

Non-refundable Test Fee of Rs.1200/- is to be deposited via 1Link 18 Invoice at participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easypaisa/Jazz Cash/Upaisa.

The candidates who are paying their registration fee so if you select 1Link 1Bill invoice payment service, so then Open / Sign into your mobile App and after that click on Bill payment.

After depositing the fee through 1 Link 1 Bill Invoice, click on "Verify Online Payment" on the ETC-HEC Dashboard.

The test tee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
