Introduction

HEC is a government body which always facilities students regarding their scholarship. In HEC include HEC Need-Based scholarship, HEC Merit scholarship and many others. This time HEC have announced scholarship for Balochistan and Fata students. The students who are outstanding in their academic and want to pursue higher education in different universities of Pakistan. Now applications are invited from the students of Balochistan and Erstwhile FATA by HEC who wants to pursue Undergraduate studies in HEC-recognized Public/Private sector Universities/Degree Awarding Institutions of Pakistan Scholarships are being offered for the academic year 2023 and 2024.Uder the HEC scholarship for the students of Balochistan and Fata (Phase-III) Batch-II. Eligibility Criteria for HEC Balochistan & Fata Scholarship

The applicant who are Appling their age must be less than or equal to 22 years before last date of advertisement for the Scholarship Programme.

The applicant who are Appling form Balochistan or Fata so they must have his/her own and father's valid domicile or local certificate of Balochistan / erstwhile FATA duly signed by district administration.

Candidates must have completed 12 years of education with at least 60% marks in FA/FSc./L.COM/ICS/ DAE and equivalent for scholarship programme.

The students who have already availing any other HEC/Government scholarship, so they are not eligible to apply.

Students must have acquired the requisite academic qualifications which is Fsc on or before the closing date of the advertisement.

The students who's result not announced so they are not eligible to apply.

Important points for HEC Balochistan & Fata Scholarship

The distribution of scholarships will be awarded on Merit and District Quota basis by the HEC.

HEC will conduct an aptitude test after that students will be short-listed by HEC.

Students need to secure at least 50% marks in the Aptitude test to qualify for next round.

The distribution of scholarship and reserve seats for Balochistan & Erstwhile FATA is 50:50.

Placements on reserved seats will be on open merit within the selected scholars only. PM&DC eligibility criteria, rules and regulations will be applicable.

Those students who are already enrolled in Medical or Dental Colleges and Engineering Programmes will not be considered against the reserved seats, but shall be considered for offer of scholarships, if on merit. Students already enrolled in any bachelor's programme may also apply.

Students who are willing to apply so they must use their national id card. Students who apply form other CNIC so their application will be rejected. If any applicant is under 18, he/she must apply using NADRA-verified Juvenile Card

On the test day all applicants MUST bring their own CNIC or Juvenile Card in original to participate in test. No alternative identification will be accepted.

How to Apply for HEC Balochistan & Fata Scholarship 2023

Applications must be submitted online through HEC website: http://hec.gov.pk/site/bf3.

Test fee of Rs 500/- is to be deposited via 1Link 1Bill invoice participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/ Mobile Banking/Easypaisa/JazzCash/Upaisa

Once you have selected 1Link 1bill Invoice payment service, sign in/open your mobile app and click on Bill payment or payment services (as your mobile banking app options).

After depositing the fee through 1Link 1Bill Invoice, click on "Verify Online Payment on application form. (The test fee is non-refundable/non-transferable).

The students must submit the online application form there is no need of hard form. Students who saved their application but not submit or incomplete applications will not be considered in any respect.

HEC have the authority to postpone or cancel the scholarship process of any student at any stage.
